Natural Frequencies of Living Beings

Every living being has a natural frequency or vibrational resonance that reflects its overall health and state of balance. These frequencies are measurable as electromagnetic vibrations and are influenced by physical, emotional, and environmental factors.

Healthy Human Frequency, plants, animals and earth:

  • A healthy human body typically resonates between 62-70 Hz.
  • The brain functions at different frequencies depending on the state:
  • Beta (active thinking): 14–30 Hz
  • Alpha (relaxed state): 8–13 Hz
  • Theta (deep relaxation/meditation): 4–7 Hz
  • Delta (deep sleep): 0.5–3 Hz
  • Plants and Animals:
  • Plants have frequencies ranging from 20–160 Hz, with higher frequencies found in medicinal plants and herbs.
  • Animals also emit frequencies that align with their health and emotions.
  • Earth’s Frequency:
  • The Earth itself vibrates at 7.83 Hz (Schumann Resonance), which is said to align with human brainwaves in a deeply relaxed state.

Disruptions Leading to Disease

When the natural frequency of a living being is disrupted, it can lead to imbalances, weakening the body’s defenses and causing disease. Some common disruptions include:

Environmental Factors:

Electromagnetic Radiation: High exposure to EMFs from electronic devices disrupts cellular communication.

Pollution: Air, water, and soil pollution lower vibrational energy.

Dietary Choices:

Processed Foods: Low-frequency foods (e.g., processed or junk foods) weaken the body’s natural energy.

Deficiency of Nutrients: A lack of essential vitamins and minerals affects cellular health.

Negative Emotions and Stress:

  • Chronic Stress: Prolonged stress reduces vibrational frequency, making the body more susceptible to illness.
  • Negative Thoughts: Emotions like anger, fear, and grief have a low frequency and can weaken the immune system.

Toxins:

  • Heavy Metals: Mercury, lead, and cadmium disrupt cellular function and energy flow.
  • Pathogens: Bacteria, viruses, and fungi thrive in low-frequency environments, causing illness.

Lack of Connection to Nature:

Disconnection from the Earth’s natural frequency can disrupt balance. Grounding practices (walking barefoot on natural surfaces) help restore this connection.

Spiritual or Energetic Blockages:

Energy flow disruptions in systems like chakras or meridians can lead to physical manifestations of disease.

Restoration of Natural Frequencies

To maintain or restore natural frequencies:

  • Nutrition: Eat whole, organic, and high-frequency foods (fresh fruits, vegetables, and herbs).
  • Meditation and Mindfulness: Calm the mind to align with healthy frequencies.
  • Detoxification: Remove heavy metals and toxins.
  • Grounding and Nature Exposure: Reconnect with the Earth’s frequency.
  • Sound Therapy: Frequencies like 432 Hz or 528 Hz can promote healing.
  • Positive Emotions: Cultivate gratitude, joy, and love, which raise vibrational energy.

Balancing natural frequencies can lead to better health, resilience, and harmony with the environment.
